About The Position

WPP is seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager with experience in managing and implementing marketing automation projects using a hands-on and agile approach. The role involves organizing and managing key client projects, ensuring high quality, and delivering projects on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will have a proactive, positive mindset, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while paying attention to details. This position offers the opportunity to develop skills working for well-known, successful international brands and to make a personal difference on projects.

Requirements

4+ years of experience with either Braze, AEP or Salesforce marketing cloud
Experience with managing and implementing projects within CRM, or marketing automation
A conceptual, and a technical, understanding of data modelling, service-oriented and layered architectures, and complex technical solutions in general
Worked with agile methods of Scrum and/or Kanban
Great communication skills, enabling you to translate “business language” into technical language

Responsibilities

Controlling the analysis phase
Developing project plans and requirements specifications
Estimating budgets and allocating internal resources and third parties/vendors
Securing that our configurators and developers are free of administrative overhead, securing that follow up, planning and time spend is overseen
Managing relationships with client and stakeholders, including motivating colleagues in their day-to-day tasks
