About The Position

NVIDIA is seeking an accomplished Technical Program Manager to join its DGX Cloud team. The role partners with external CSP/NCP partners and internal Software Engineering, Production Engineering/SRE, and Data Center Operations teams to drive infrastructure engineering programs, AI Cloud bring-ups, and automation. The TPM develops foundational capabilities and processes for hardware validation, remote fleet bootstrapping, operational workflows, and cluster and capacity bring-up. The position coordinates end-to-end remote bootstrapping, active bring-up, and validation of large server fleets, from physical rack-and-stack through customer-ready cluster status. It drives adoption of automation for fleet maintenance, node security, and burn-in, and establishes workflows for triaging and resolving deployment issues. The TPM also partners with NVIDIA software teams to integrate and deploy DSX and other core software stacks in on-premises and infrastructure-provider environments, and leads capacity operations focused on availability, maintenance, performance, resiliency, and multi-tiered infrastructure workflows. The role maps engineering roadmaps to data center readiness timelines, gathers requirements, develops roadmaps, and manages risks under the Product Lifecycle (PLC) framework for bare-metal capacity deployment. It uses program management tools to structure execution across engineering and data center work, establishes metrics for program velocity, infrastructure availability, and cluster health, and develops collaborative communications and operations reviews.

Requirements

  • At least 8 years of technical program management experience driving planning and execution of cloud infrastructure programs.
  • Experience with hardware/software integration across multiple engineering teams.
  • Extensive hands-on experience in cloud or on-premises enterprise infrastructure, data center bring-up, bare-metal/VM deployments, hardware infrastructure, orchestration, and workload management platforms.
  • Expert-level proficiency with Jira, Smartsheet, or similar program management tools, including designing ticket queues and guiding engineering teams within an Agile/Scrum framework.
  • Strong strategic and tactical thinking, consensus-building, operational workflow development, and ability to drive program success through uncertainty.
  • Outstanding communication, collaboration, and technical presentation skills, including engaging meetings, gathering feedback, and aligning senior multifunctional collaborators.
  • BS or MS in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science, or equivalent experience.

Nice To Haves

  • In-depth knowledge of NVIDIA GPU products, cluster deployment, validation testing, and HPC infrastructure bring-up.
  • Experience managing dependencies between AI software stacks, physical infrastructure, and infrastructure services such as high-performance storage.
  • Experience with accelerated deployment schedules, such as rapid 30-day data center rollouts, and asset-backed operational models.
  • Background establishing automated server benchmarking, burn-in execution, and infrastructure health validation workflows.
  • Familiarity with cloud-native architectures, managed Kubernetes platform layers, and distributed systems.
  • Significant experience with AI tools, process automation, and establishing standard operating guidelines across technical domains.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate end-to-end remote bootstrapping, active bring-up, and validation of large server fleets from rack-and-stack through customer-ready status.
  • Drive adoption of automation tooling for fleet maintenance, node security, and burn-in; establish workflows to triage and resolve day-one deployment issues.
  • Partner with NVIDIA software teams to integrate and deploy DSX and other core software stacks in on-premises and infrastructure-provider environments.
  • Lead day-to-day capacity operations focused on availability, maintenance, performance, resiliency, and multi-tiered infrastructure workflows.
  • Coordinate with CSP/NCP partners on capacity onboarding and operations as part of internal DGX Cloud capacity.
  • Map incoming technology roadmaps from engineering teams against physical data center readiness timelines.
  • Gather requirements, build roadmaps, and manage risks under the Product Lifecycle framework for bare-metal capacity deployment.
  • Use Jira and program management tools to structure execution across engineering and data center work.
  • Establish metrics to track program velocity, infrastructure availability, and cluster health.
  • Develop communication strategies and make weekly operations reviews collaborative and engaging.

Benefits

  • Highly competitive salaries and a comprehensive benefits package.
  • Equity and benefits.
