About The Position

Striveworks is seeking a Senior Technical Product Marketing Manager to own the collateral that supports product sales, evaluations, and briefings for their AI operations (AIOps) platform, agentic AI orchestrator, and vertical solutions. This role involves collaborating with product managers, data scientists, and the sales team to transform technical information into compelling and accurate collateral for diverse audiences, from technical evaluators to senior government decision-makers. The company's mission is to solve the problem of AI systems degrading in real-world use, ensuring sustained production and trust in deployed models.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience, in a technical, communications, or related field.
  • 6+ years of product marketing, sales enablement, or technical marketing experience, preferably for enterprise, government, or technical B2B products.
  • The ability to understand AI/machine learning, AIOps, and agentic/orchestration concepts sufficiently to engage with product managers and data scientists and represent products credibly.
  • A strong portfolio of written and visual collateral (decks, one-pagers, briefs, etc.).
  • Proven ability to transform rough, incomplete technical input into polished, decision-ready output with minimal back-and-forth.
  • Experience partnering closely with product and technical teams to source accurate content.
  • The ability to communicate technical concepts and value propositions to both technical and non-technical senior audiences.
  • Strong organizational skills to own and maintain a growing collateral library.
  • A self-starter mindset, comfortable identifying gaps and driving them to closure without heavy direction.
  • Must be a US person (US citizen, US national, or Green Card holder).

Nice To Haves

  • Experience marketing to public-sector, defense, or other mission-driven government buyers.
  • Prior experience as a product manager, data scientist, ML engineer, or solutions architect.
  • Proficiency with design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe Creative Suite) to build polished graphics and diagrams.
  • Experience producing technical content such as blog posts, case studies, or tutorials.

Responsibilities

  • Owning and maintaining a complete, current, and organized library of sales and technical collateral across all products.
  • Identifying collateral gaps and driving them to closure.
  • Transforming technical input from product managers into refined presentations and accompanying graphics/diagrams, proactively seeking information to fill gaps.
  • Partnering with the Communications department to ensure product messaging and collateral align with broader company narratives, voice, and audience dynamics.
  • Supporting Communications by adapting and developing product content for various audiences and uses.
  • Assisting in the orchestration of presence at industry and government conferences, including planning, registration, and booth setup/breakdown, ensuring collateral is conference-ready.
  • Producing broader technical content, starting with blog posts, in partnership with product managers, data scientists, and technical teams.
  • Tracking customer feedback, market trends, competitive capabilities, and emerging technologies to keep collateral and messaging current.
