About The Position

Syllo is hiring a Senior Technical Product Manager to build and execute the operational technology that supports the company’s growth. The role drives engineering execution within Company Operations, connecting business needs with technical delivery. The position partners with business leads and the Business Systems and Automation Manager to assess operational challenges, turn validated needs into engineering specifications, and direct engineering capacity toward high-leverage work. The role also works with the Senior Data Engineer to gather requirements and establish business logic standards so the data warehouse and downstream financial and go-to-market reporting systems receive clean, accurate, structured inputs. For custom software builds, the product manager owns sprint prioritization, capacity allocation, and quality checks. The role calls for technical judgment, clear prioritization, and a flexible, hands-on approach, with potential to grow into broader leadership as the team expands.

  • Practical SQL skills for data validation and quality assurance.
  • Experience balancing competing team demands against engineering capacity, with a track record of transparent prioritization.
  • Comfort evaluating schemas, sizing work, and assessing engineering trade-offs in partnership with developers.
  • Ability to translate complex team workflows into clear, intuitive specifications for engineers.
  • Collaborative approach to working with Finance, Revenue Operations, and Customer Success, using data and clear rationale to build consensus.
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical or quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.

  • Partner with the Senior Data Engineer by gathering requirements, establishing business logic standards, and ensuring data structures support downstream go-to-market and financial systems.
  • Help move projects forward through hands-on work such as user acceptance testing, data validation, and light prototyping with AI coding tools.
