About The Position

CoCounsel is an agentic legal partner. The Senior Technical Product Manager, Agentic Customization, owns the product surface and technical contracts that enable customers to encode their methods as reusable, governable skills that agents can discover, load, and execute. The role works day to day with Engineering, Science, Applied Research, Security, and Design. The position covers the skills and plugin registry; skill-authoring tools; integration with the agent runtime; trust, security, and containment; quality measurement; and delivery from planning through launch. This includes defining packaging, schemas, lifecycle, access controls, provenance, and review gates; supporting authoring, testing, and iteration; connecting skills to agents and external tools; establishing enterprise security controls; and measuring skill and workflow quality. The role produces product requirements and API or contract specifications, scopes MVPs, supports design-partner betas, and prepares launches for general availability with Marketing and Sales.
