We are looking for a Senior Talent Sourcer who will play a pivotal role in shaping the future talent landscape for Electrification – Distributed Systems (ELDS). This role goes beyond reactive recruiting and focuses on building long-term, strategic talent pipelines for mid‑level to senior positions. As a trusted advisor to ELDS business leaders and HR Business Partners, the Senior Talent Sourcer proactively anticipates workforce needs, identifies niche and hard‑to‑find talent ahead of demand, and ensures the organization has access to a highly skilled, ready-now candidate pool. The work model for the role is: Hybrid out of Cary, NC. The position also requires some travel to our Mebane, NC site. This role requires a strong blend of strategic thinking, market intelligence, relationship management, and advanced sourcing expertise to elevate the ELDS talent strategy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in human resources, business administration or a related field.
  • 8+ years’ experience a strategic sourcing role, with a strong track record of building pipelines for mid-senior level and specialized/niche positions.
  • Advanced proficiency with sourcing tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Talent Neuron, CRMs (Phenom preferred), talent mapping, and competitive research techniques.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to partner closely with leadership and HRBPs to support strategic workforce planning.
  • Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain proactive, multi-channel talent pipelines for mid‑level to senior‑level roles across key ELDS functions.
  • Partner closely with ELDS business leaders and HRBPs to support workforce planning, understand capability needs, and pinpoint emerging or niche skill sets before positions are formally opened.
  • Conduct ongoing competitive, market, and talent mapping to identify critical talent segments and future workforce risks.
  • Collaborate with HRBPs and business leaders to influence recruiting strategies and ensure alignment with organizational talent priorities.
  • Utilize innovative sourcing strategies—including market research, boolean search, social channels, professional networks, industry events, and talent communities—to identify passive and high‑demand candidates.
  • Engage and nurture long-term relationships with potential candidates, creating a continuous pipeline of diverse, qualified talent aligned to future hiring plans.
  • Drive brand awareness by promoting ELDS career opportunities and value propositions to targeted talent pools.
  • Build and manage pipelines within LinkedIn Recruiter and Phenom CRM, ensuring accurate documentation, tagging, and long-term engagement.
  • Leverage Workday (preferred) and other TA systems to maintain data integrity and visibility.
