About The Position

We're looking for a high-performing Senior Talent Partner to support the growth of our Business Operations and G&A teams. In this role you'll be a trusted talent advisor to hiring managers across Biz Ops, HR, R4R and Finance - driving full-cycle recruiting efforts, building the processes that make us better, and relentlessly pursuing top-tier talent for some of our most critical and hard-to-fill roles. This is a high-impact position where your ability to bring structure, identify exceptional people, and consult with confidence will directly shape how Owner scales. You'll own this function - and have the opportunity to build it the right way from the ground up. This role is 100% remote and can be based anywhere in the United States.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with meaningful time spent on Biz Ops, G&A or R4R roles at a high-growth company
  • A proven process builder - you've brought structure to a reactive recruiting environment and have the playbooks to show for it
  • Deep sourcing expertise, including fluency with advanced research techniques and outreach strategies for niche and senior roles
  • Strong stakeholder management skills - you communicate with clarity, consult with confidence, and build trust fast with leaders at every level
  • Data fluency - you use metrics to drive decisions and tell the story of your pipeline health, not just report on it
  • Exceptional organizational skills - you can manage a large, diverse req load without dropping the ball
  • Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and resourceful - you operate with urgency and take ownership without waiting to be told
  • A growth mindset and a high standard - you care deeply about quality and are always looking to refine and improve your craft

Responsibilities

  • Own full-cycle recruiting for Business Operations and G&A roles - from kickoff through offer - with precision, velocity, and a strong focus on candidate quality and experience
  • Build the recruiting infrastructure for business roles from scratch: intake frameworks, interview guides, sourcing playbooks, and hiring manager SLAs that create consistency and rigor where there isn't any today
  • Design and execute proactive sourcing strategies to build deep pipelines for niche and senior-level roles across Biz Ops, People, R4R and Finance - so we're never starting from zero
  • Serve as a true talent consultant to Biz Ops and G&A hiring managers - shaping role scopes, aligning on what great looks like, and pushing back when needed
  • Use recruiting data (time-to-fill, pipeline conversion, source of hire) to identify what's working, surface insights, and continuously improve how we hire
  • Deliver an outstanding candidate experience at every touchpoint, ensuring clear, timely, and respectful communication throughout
  • Flex into other areas of the business as hiring needs evolve, bringing the same rigor and hustle wherever you go
