Ready to be a Titan? ServiceTitan is seeking a motivated Talent Partner to join our Talent Acquisition team as a contingent worker (CW) supporting our Sales Development organization. In this role, you will drive full-cycle recruiting for high-volume sales roles, collaborate with the broader TA team and hiring managers, and deliver a best-in-class candidate experience as we scale our sales motion.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally within a sales, go-to-market, or high-volume environment at an agency, start-up, or corporate company.
  • Experience sourcing and identifying candidates through social media, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other channels.
  • Proficiency with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, etc.).
  • Experience using modern ATS systems such as Workday, Greenhouse, or Lever.
  • Working knowledge of fair and unbiased interview techniques and applicant screening methods.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple high-priority positions simultaneously.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency and initiative.
  • Proactive, collaborative mindset with a passion for delivering a great candidate and hiring manager experience.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for Sales Development roles, from sourcing and screening through offer and close, while maintaining a best-in-class candidate experience.
  • Source and attract active and passive candidates through various resources including direct outreach, referrals, social networks, LinkedIn, networking events, and job boards.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers throughout the recruiting process to ensure alignment on hiring needs, role requirements, and evaluation criteria.
  • Ensure diversity and inclusion strategies are incorporated throughout each step of the hiring process.
  • Track and maintain accurate candidate data, pipeline activity, and requisition status in the ATS.
  • Adhere to and support recruiting processes and procedures to ensure compliance and consistency.
  • Be accountable to yourself, your team, your hiring leaders, and your candidates.
