About The Position

Lifemark Health Group is seeking a Senior Talent Advisor to support clinician recruitment (Physiotherapists and Occupational Therapists) across British Columbia. This is a high-impact, 12-month contract role focused on building pipelines and hiring top clinical talent in a competitive, relationship-driven market. The role involves owning and driving recruitment across a diverse and geographically broad region, sourcing, engaging, and securing high-quality clinicians. It requires balancing strategy and execution, proactively building pipelines, and partnering closely with operational leaders to deliver results that impact clinic performance. The position is based in Calgary or Edmonton, with remote work flexibility but requires monthly meetings and availability for regional travel.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, ideally in a fast-paced or high-growth environment.
  • Proven success sourcing and placing hard-to-fill roles using proactive, creative strategies.
  • Strong understanding of labour market trends and talent supply/demand dynamics.
  • A self-starter mindset with the ability to manage a high-volume, geographically dispersed portfolio.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to influence and partner with operational leaders.
  • A balance of persistence and people-first thinking.
  • A collaborative team approach, with a willingness to support peers and contribute to overall team success.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with a vast geography including Greater Vancouver, the Fraser Valley, Interior BC, and Vancouver Island is an asset.
  • Experience recruiting healthcare professionals (Physio/OT) or within regulated environments is a strong asset.
