About The Position

Requirements

2–3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally within operational or industrial sectors.
A valid Driver’s License and the ability to travel within the region as needed.
Valid work authorization in the country where the job is located is required.
Successful candidates will be required to provide valid documentation confirming their eligibility to work in the country where the job is located prior to their start date.

Nice To Haves

4-year College Degree (B.A.) preferred.
Exceptional verbal and written skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with diverse personalities.
A "can-do" attitude with the ability to manage competing priorities and tight deadlines under limited supervision.

Responsibilities

Partner with field operations leadership to identify staffing needs and manage the end-to-end hiring process.
Screen resumes, conduct preliminary phone interviews, and coordinate all interview stages (virtual and in-person).
Utilize traditional and non-traditional methods (career fairs, community networking, and social media) to attract top-tier talent.
Deliver and explain offer letters, including details on benefits, compensation, and corporate policies.
Build strong relationships with hiring managers to ensure alignment with business goals and compliance with local employment laws.
Maintain accurate candidate data and activity within our Applicant Tracking System (Workday).
