About The Position

We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner for a 12 months contract to support our Corporate and Tech functions. You will own the recruitment process from the time a role is approved until the new Lightspeeder has started, ensuring a great candidate experience while being a strategic partner to NoAM organization.

Requirements

Proven end-to-end recruitment experience in corporate and/or P&T functions
Successful experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches and stakeholder relationships.
Proven stakeholder management skills at all levels of the business.
Experience advocating for diversity of thought and mentoring others on the value this brings.
Proven ability to source, sell and close candidates.
Ability to work in a global and fast-paced environment.
Fluency in English as a working language is required for this position.

Responsibilities

Manage a full-cycle recruiting process from kick off, to offer acceptance, all the while ensuring the highest standards and a seamless and positive experience for both your internal stakeholder and the candidate.
Gather approvals, craft awesome job postings, and design fit-for-purpose interview processes in line with our recruitment framework.
Act as a subject matter expert and coach hiring managers on recruitment best practices.
Develop and maintain strong and effective business relationships with hiring managers and senior management.
Keep track of your hiring data and regularly draw insights to continuously improve our processes and strategy.
Champion diversity & inclusion best practices in all our hiring processes.
Responsible for engaging with and finding top talent (e.g. attend recruitment events, job boards, strategic sourcing initiatives, creating relationships with local schools, etc.).
Contribute to the ongoing development and execution of Lightspeed’s overall sourcing, recruitment hiring plan and objectives.
