About The Position

We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner for a 12 months contract to support our Corporate and Tech functions. You will own the recruitment process from the time a role is approved until the new Lightspeeder has started, ensuring a great candidate experience while being a strategic partner to NoAM organization.

Requirements

  • Proven end-to-end recruitment experience in corporate and/or P&T functions
  • Successful experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches and stakeholder relationships.
  • Proven stakeholder management skills at all levels of the business.
  • Experience advocating for diversity of thought and mentoring others on the value this brings.
  • Proven ability to source, sell and close candidates.
  • Ability to work in a global and fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English as a working language is required for this position.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a full-cycle recruiting process from kick off, to offer acceptance, all the while ensuring the highest standards and a seamless and positive experience for both your internal stakeholder and the candidate.
  • Gather approvals, craft awesome job postings, and design fit-for-purpose interview processes in line with our recruitment framework.
  • Act as a subject matter expert and coach hiring managers on recruitment best practices.
  • Develop and maintain strong and effective business relationships with hiring managers and senior management.
  • Keep track of your hiring data and regularly draw insights to continuously improve our processes and strategy.
  • Champion diversity & inclusion best practices in all our hiring processes.
  • Responsible for engaging with and finding top talent (e.g. attend recruitment events, job boards, strategic sourcing initiatives, creating relationships with local schools, etc.).
  • Contribute to the ongoing development and execution of Lightspeed’s overall sourcing, recruitment hiring plan and objectives.
