Hatch Advisory is seeking a motivated Talent Acquisition professional with a strong background in management consulting recruitment to join our global team. This is a global recruitment role supporting talent acquisition across our Consulting Business Practices. You will thrive in an entrepreneurial environment where you can influence business outcomes. You bring a blend of HR expertise, business acumen, and advanced relationship-building skills, along with deep experience recruiting within the management consulting sector. You are collaborative, proactive, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, matrixed organization. This is a 12 month contract role and can be based in Mississauga or Montreal. This role is eligible for a Hybrid work arrangement.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, with a strong focus on management consulting hiring
  • Proven track record of successfully sourcing and placing consulting professionals across multiple regions
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence senior stakeholders in a consulting environment
  • Strong sourcing and headhunting capabilities within niche, global consulting talent pools
  • Business acumen, including the ability to interpret data and understand key consulting business drivers
  • Adaptability, accountability, and comfort working in complex, ambiguous, and globally distributed environments

Responsibilities

  • Deliver full-cycle talent acquisition, with a focus on management consulting talent
  • Lead global recruitment efforts, ensuring alignment across regions and consistency in hiring practices
  • Build and maintain strong networks within the consulting industry, enhancing employer brand and developing strategic partnerships
  • Partner with leadership to design and execute targeted, global talent attraction strategies for consulting professionals
  • Provide market intelligence, including global consulting industry trends, competitor insights, and innovative recruiting practices
  • Proactively identify and engage high-calibre, passive consulting candidates through advanced sourcing and headhunting techniques
  • Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives across all regions
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and HR partners globally to align on workforce needs and recruitment progress
