This role is responsible for managing full-cycle recruitment across a wide range of positions, partnering closely with hiring managers and business leaders to attract, assess, and hire top talent. The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will serve as a strategic recruiting partner, leading end-to-end hiring efforts for technical, corporate, and leadership-level positions. This role requires a strong understanding of recruiting best practices, talent market trends, sourcing strategies, and stakeholder management. The successful candidate will influence hiring decisions through data-driven insights, build strong talent pipelines, improve recruiting processes, and ensure a positive experience for candidates and hiring teams alike.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably within the technology industry.
Experience recruiting for technical, corporate, and professional-level roles.
Proven success sourcing passive candidates and building talent pipelines.
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (Lever, Greenhouse, Workday, or similar).
Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management abilities.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and modern sourcing tools.

Responsibilities

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition intake through offer acceptance and onboarding.
Partner with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies aligned with business objectives.
Conduct intake meetings to understand position requirements, team dynamics, and ideal candidate profiles.
Create compelling job postings and recruitment marketing strategies.
Source, screen, interview, and assess candidates for a variety of roles across the organization.
Present qualified candidates to hiring managers with detailed assessments and recommendations.
Facilitate interview scheduling and manage communications throughout the hiring process.
Lead offer negotiations and collaborate with HR and Compensation teams to develop competitive offers.
Develop proactive sourcing strategies utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, professional networks, referrals, and direct outreach.
Build and maintain pipelines of high-quality passive and active candidates.
Drive employee referral programs and talent community engagement initiatives.
Support diversity recruitment efforts and broaden candidate sourcing channels.
Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience through timely communication and transparent updates.
Ensure candidates receive professional, respectful interactions throughout the recruitment process.
Manage candidate feedback and maintain strong employer brand representation.
