To continue raising the bar, we are looking for a Senior Talent Partner to join our People & Culture team. This is a high-impact role responsible for attracting, assessing, and hiring the talent that drives our business forward. As a Senior Talent Partner, you will own full-cycle recruitment across a range of roles spanning Corporate, Sales, and Construction. You will play a critical role in ensuring we consistently hire high-quality, well-aligned talent, acting as a gatekeeper of hiring standards and a trusted partner to the business. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong execution with sound judgment, takes ownership of outcomes, and is motivated to continuously improve how hiring gets done.

Requirements

  • 8 -10+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience
  • Experience hiring across a variety of functions
  • Strong ability to assess candidate capability, potential, and alignment
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • A proactive, self-directed approach with a focus on delivering results
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end recruitment across a variety of roles, from intake through to offer
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, success profiles, and clear hiring criteria
  • Source, assess, and advance candidates using structured, consistent evaluation methods
  • Ensure a high bar for talent, progressing only well-aligned, capable candidates
  • Provide clear, evidence-based recommendations to support effective hiring decisions
  • Lead onboarding planning in partnership with People & Culture and hiring managers to support strong day-one experiences
  • Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines aligned to current and future hiring needs
  • Develop talent pools through sourcing, networking, and ongoing engagement
  • Stay informed on market trends, talent availability, and competitor activity
  • Support workforce planning discussions and provide insight into external talent markets
  • Contribute to succession planning and talent reviews where applicable
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers and cross-functional partners
  • Translate business needs into clear, actionable hiring plans
  • Provide guidance on interview practices and candidate evaluation
  • Enable timely, informed decision-making through clear communication and structured recommendations
  • Partner with People & Culture to ensure alignment across hiring and onboarding
  • Identify and drive improvements to recruitment processes, tools, and workflows
  • Contribute to building scalable, consistent hiring practices
  • Leverage recruitment metrics and data to improve performance and decision-making
  • Support People & Culture initiatives and projects aligned to business priorities
  • Bring forward ideas and insights to continuously strengthen the hiring function

Benefits

  • Competitive Compensation: The Salary Range for this position is $90,000 - $120,000 CAD per year. The final agreed upon salary may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills and experience. We are always looking for top talent. If your qualifications differ from those listed above, the scope of work and final agreed upon salary may be adjusted to reflect your individual qualifications.
