Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in corporate, agency, or RPO environments
  • Experience recruiting for entry- to mid-level professional roles
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency with ATS platforms and LinkedIn Recruiter

  • Experience supporting multiple roles or functions simultaneously
  • Background in fast-paced or growing organizations
  • Familiarity with recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill and candidate flow
  • Interest in developing sourcing and talent advisory skills

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruiting for exempt and non-exempt roles across assigned functions (e.g., Corporate, Commercial, R&D, Operations, etc.)
  • Execute sourcing strategies aligned to role requirements and hiring timelines
  • Manage candidates through the recruiting lifecycle from initial screening through offer acceptance and onboarding handoff
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, priorities, and timelines
  • Participate in intake discussions to align on job scope, required skills, and interview approach
  • Coordinate interview scheduling and support compliant, efficient hiring processes
  • Source candidates using LinkedIn, ATS, referrals, and other recruiting channels
  • Screen and assess candidates to evaluate skills, experience, and role alignment
  • Support pipeline development for ongoing and future hiring needs
  • Deliver a professional, timely, and inclusive candidate experience
  • Communicate clearly with candidates throughout the hiring process
  • Support offer coordination and pre-employment steps in partnership with HR and Compensation
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and documentation in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
  • Track recruiting activity and progress against hiring goals
  • Follow established recruiting processes and contribute to continuous improvement efforts
