About The Position

We’re seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to lead full-cycle recruiting across a multi-state footprint, with primary ownership of professional (corporate) and leadership hiring, and strategic support for operations recruiting, including high-volume hourly and hard-to-fill roles. This role is designed for a high-impact, well-connected TA professional who operates as a business partner—driving hiring outcomes, influencing talent decisions, and strengthening organizational capability. This is not a transactional role—this is about building strong teams, influencing hiring strategy, and driving results across the business. You’ll partner closely with leadership not only on hiring, but also by contributing to broader talent management efforts, including pipeline development, succession planning, and strengthening the overall talent bench. You won’t just fill roles— you’ll help shape how the right people join our teams and what their experience is like from the start.

Requirements

  • You have a strong track record in full-cycle recruiting across professional, leadership, and/or operations roles.
  • You lead effective intake and calibration sessions, quickly translating needs into a clear search strategy.
  • You’re connected—you know where to find talent and how to engage it. You are resourceful and strategic in direct sourcing, pipeline development, and market mapping.
  • You bring energy and urgency—roles don’t sit open on your watch. You know how to prioritize, push, and close searches to completion.
  • You run disciplined, structured processes and communicate clearly and directly. You demonstrate strong ownership, follow-through, and execution discipline.
  • You’re comfortable influencing stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership.
  • You move seamlessly across corporate, leadership, and operations recruiting. You’re comfortable operating across both corporate and plant environments.
  • You consistently manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Own full-cycle recruiting across corporate and leadership roles
  • Fill critical plant roles quickly through clear requirements, industry networking, and targeted searches
  • Lead focused intake meetings that align expectations and set a clear hiring strategy
  • Build and execute proactive sourcing plans, leveraging your network and market insight
  • Manage multiple searches with urgency, prioritization, and disciplined follow-through
  • Guide hiring decisions by bringing strong candidate slates and clear recommendations
  • Keep the process moving—driving feedback, alignment, and timely decisions
  • Continuously improve recruiting workflows, tools, and stakeholder experience
  • Identify talent gaps, risk areas, and pipeline needs for critical roles
  • Support broader talent management initiatives, including succession planning, internal mobility, and bench strength development
  • Track and influence key recruiting metrics including time-to-fill, quality of hire, offer acceptance, and early retention
  • Ensure accurate tracking and compliance within ATS and hiring processes
  • Accelerating hiring by creating clarity, urgency, and momentum in the process
  • Raising the bar on talent through strong screening, calibration, and candidate quality
  • Improving retention by ensuring alignment on role expectations and candidate fit
  • Strengthening pipelines so critical roles don’t start from zero
  • Partnering with leaders to deliver strong hiring outcomes—speed, quality, and long-term success
