We’re seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to lead full-cycle recruiting across a multi-state footprint, with primary ownership of professional (corporate) and leadership hiring, and strategic support for operations recruiting, including high-volume hourly and hard-to-fill roles. This role is designed for a high-impact, well-connected TA professional who operates as a business partner—driving hiring outcomes, influencing talent decisions, and strengthening organizational capability. This is not a transactional role—this is about building strong teams, influencing hiring strategy, and driving results across the business. You’ll partner closely with leadership not only on hiring, but also by contributing to broader talent management efforts, including pipeline development, succession planning, and strengthening the overall talent bench. You won’t just fill roles— you’ll help shape how the right people join our teams and what their experience is like from the start.
