About The Position

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you will serve as a strategic advisor to hiring managers, shaping role scope, competency frameworks, and interview plans before a requisition opens. You will own full-cycle recruitment for complex, business-critical roles across Go-to-Market, Customer Experience, Operations, Risk, Payments, and Legal. Your responsibilities will include developing creative sourcing strategies, conducting structured and rigorous candidate assessments, managing the full pipeline end-to-end with a focus on candidate experience, and keeping candidates and hiring managers informed. You will also partner cross-functionally to build and refine recruiting strategy, process, and best practices, and maintain clean, reliable data in Greenhouse and/or Ashby, tracking KPIs and surfacing insights. Flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities and hiring needs is essential.

Requirements

  • 5-8+ years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner.
  • Ideally in-house experience at a fintech or payments technology company.
  • Proven track record of hiring across departments and levels, from individual contributors to senior leadership.
  • Experience in sourcing, including dedicated structured time each week to proactively source and headhunt passive candidates through channels like LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and networking.
  • Proven track record of managing multiple full-cycle searches simultaneously while maintaining a high-touch, responsive candidate experience.
  • Clear, persuasive communication skills to build trust quickly with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders.
  • Structured and detail-oriented approach to processes, with a proactive mindset for improvement.
  • Genuine drive to build diverse talent pipelines and think strategically about long-term team composition.

  • Experience recruiting within a B2B payments company.
  • Experience partnering with and recruiting for a global team (especially across US and Israel time zones).
  • Experience working with Greenhouse & Ashby.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a strategic advisor to hiring managers, shaping role scope, competency frameworks, and interview plans before a requisition opens.
  • Own full-cycle recruitment for complex, business-critical roles across Go-to-Market, Customer Experience, Operations, Risk, Payments, and Legal.
  • Develop creative sourcing strategies, encompassing deep LinkedIn searches, social platforms, networking, and direct outreach to reach active and passive talent.
  • Conduct structured, rigorous candidate assessments to evaluate for both capability and values fit.
  • Manage the full pipeline end-to-end, from sourcing and screening through scheduling, interviews, offers, and close, with a relentless focus on candidate experience.
  • Keep candidates and hiring managers informed and engaged at every stage, with accurate, up-to-date records throughout the process.
  • Partner cross-functionally to help build and refine recruiting strategy, process, and best practices that scale with the company.
  • Maintain clean, reliable data in Greenhouse and/or Ashby, tracking KPIs and surfacing insights for leadership.
  • Flex with the business and help the team adapt as priorities and hiring needs shift without losing momentum.
