About The Position

Quest Diagnostics is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner for its Professional Recruiting function within Talent Acquisition. This role will serve as a strategic partner to business groups, providing full lifecycle recruiting expertise to find, attract, and hire talent that will drive the company's vision and innovation, aligned with the commercial team's talent needs. The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner will identify, assess, and engage candidates for commercial positions across Quest Diagnostics, Inc. This includes partnering with leadership and HR Business Partners on position requirements, developing search strategies, managing and developing candidates, and creating sourcing strategies to target and assess top talent. A key focus will also be on long-term talent pipelining for future opportunities.
