About The Position

Ellsworth Corporation, a global, industry-leading distributor of specialty chemicals and equipment and adhesive manufacturer, has an opportunity for a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager. This role reports into our corporate headquarters in Germantown, WI and is an on-site/hybrid position. This role leads the Talent Acquisition (TA) function for North America with accountability for strategy, operating model design, and enterprise talent outcomes. It drives scalable, data-informed recruiting strategies aligned to business growth, workforce planning, and organizational priorities. The role serves as a strategic partner to leadership, shaping talent strategies across functions while ensuring alignment with global practices and long-term capability needs. It leads the evolution of Talent Acquisition through process transformation, technology optimization, and shared services integration. The role oversees team performance, vendor strategy, and recruitment brand positioning to deliver high-quality, efficient, and forward-looking talent solutions. Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience leading Talent Acquisition or Recruiting function
  • 5 years’ experience in a supervisory role
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field. Other combinations of education and experience may be considered as equivalent
  • Advanced Internet Recruitment Strategies (AIRS) Certification is desired
  • Strategic thinking and ability to translate business objectives into talent strategies
  • Executive presence and ability to influence key stakeholders
  • Digital fluency, including Workday (or similar) for effective application of technology
  • Change leadership and experience leading cross-functional initiatives
  • Efficiently handles sensitive information at various levels of the organization
  • Sense of urgency to meet business needs and to effective management time
  • Inquisitive and intellectually curious approach to problem-solving
  • Managing difficult or emotional customer situations and soliciting customer feedback to improve service
  • Proven ability to develop a pipeline strategy and execute it
  • Occasional travel – up to 15% locally

Responsibilities

  • Leads and executes the TA strategy aligned to workforce planning, business growth, and organizational design priorities
  • Defines and evolves the TA operating model, including integration with shared services and clarity of roles across HR and business stakeholders
  • Owns TA technology and analytics strategy, including optimization and adoption of Workday Recruiting and development of data-driven insights and reporting
  • Defines and manages sourcing and vendor strategy, including agency partnerships, talent pipelines, and external channels
  • Oversees compliance and governance, including Affirmative Action Plan (AAP) management and consistent, compliant hiring practices
  • Serves as strategic TA leader and executive recruiter to source and evaluate candidates for leadership hiring needs
