Responsibilities include conducting intake conversations with hiring leaders, designing and posting positions, executing advanced sourcing strategies, managing the end-to-end recruitment process from screening to pre-hire preparation, applying total rewards strategies for compensation packages, providing workforce planning analysis, and leading special projects focused on sourcing and project management. The role involves consulting with leadership on talent selection, maintaining candidate experience standards, and managing the offer process.
