About The Position

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant, you play a critical role on the North American Client Group (NACG) recruiting team, partnering with hiring managers on the development and implementation of recruitment strategies for a variety of teams, including sales, product, and marketing. You will provide thought leadership to your stakeholders which includes Hiring Managers, HR Business Partners, and candidates. You pride yourself on your ability to juggle multiple priorities while also providing a best-in-class candidate and client experience. To thrive in this role, you excel in creating and maintaining strong business relationships and can adapt your communication style to partner effectively with a diverse group of stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Previous recruiting experience supporting front-office, client-facing business groups within financial services and/or investment management industries.
  • Deep understanding of sales-oriented compensation structures, market dynamics, and the critical talent needed to achieve business objectives.
  • Demonstrated experience in balancing multiple stakeholders and client groups and delivering a high-touch client and candidate-focused recruitment process.
  • Deep assessment skills to draw objective and insightful conclusions about a candidate’s experience and expertise.
  • Rigor around time management and search execution.
  • Comfortable managing multiple searches simultaneously.
  • Intellectually curious and agile.
  • Comfortable working across a variety of different functions.
  • Skilled communicator.
  • Thrive in team settings by being authentic, respectful, and engaging.
  • Track record of building strong relationships.

Responsibilities
