SENIOR SYSTEMS & INFRASTRUCTURE ANALYST
About The Position
The Senior Systems & Infrastructure Analyst designs, implements, secures, monitors, supports, and continuously improves the organization's technology infrastructure. The role leads medium- and high-complexity initiatives, resolves advanced technical issues, and coordinates local execution with vendors, Information Security, business stakeholders, and specialized Headquarters teams. The position covers Windows and Linux servers, VMware and virtualization, LAN/WAN/VPN and firewalls, Microsoft 365, Entra ID and Intune, security and vulnerability management, monitoring and observability, and backup and disaster recovery. Compensation includes a market-aligned base annual salary based on the applicant’s experience and eligibility for a discretionary bonus.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- At least 5 years in infrastructure, systems, networks, or IT operations.
- Windows and Linux administration experience.
- Virtualization and network experience.
- Advanced enterprise troubleshooting.
- Infrastructure project leadership.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities
- Administer Windows and Linux servers, VMware, networks, firewalls, VPN, DNS/DHCP, datacenter and hosted services.
- Own complex incidents through stabilization, lead root-cause analysis, and coordinate corrective and preventive actions.
- Support hardening, vulnerability remediation, security controls, audits, compliance, and security-by-design.
- Analyze alerts, logs, capacity, availability, and performance to proactively identify service degradation.
- Support backup, recovery, disaster recovery testing, business continuity, and infrastructure resiliency.
- Lead medium- and high-complexity implementations, including testing, risk analysis, documentation, and operational transition.
- Act as the highest local escalation level when required and coordinate vendors and Headquarters specialists.
