Anduril is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to join its Battlespace Awareness team in Broomfield, Colorado. The team develops tactical sensing and decision-making software for Anduril command and control products. The software must operate effectively, robustly, and safely across different compute hardware, connected sensors and effectors, supporting services, configurations, mission sets, and customer experiences. The role supports design, development, and validation of advanced algorithmic capabilities, including tracking, sensor and effector management, battlespace optimization, and threat forecasting. It bridges system design, requirements management, modeling and simulation, and verification and validation. The engineer will integrate emerging capabilities into products and system configurations, decompose requirements across teams, and establish clear measures of success despite ambiguity. The engineer will create test plans, acceptance criteria, and analysis tools; evaluate system performance using simulation and field data; verify customer requirements through data-driven analysis; and maintain artifacts that trace performance as systems evolve. The role owns systems end to end, including system laydown and performance assessment, and develops modeling and simulation frameworks to test capabilities in varied scenarios and inform continuous improvement. Up to 25% travel to customer sites is expected. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States and eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.
