Senior Systems Analyst

Fidelity Investments•Westlake, TX

About The Position

As a Senior Systems Analyst at Fidelity Investments, you will lead the analysis, development, and delivery of middleware, messaging, notifications, and authorization services across Brokerage Recordkeeping Technology platforms. You will work with partners and teams to deliver secure, scalable, reusable solutions, reviewing existing solutions to identify patterns, dependencies, and control frameworks that support a transition to modern shared services and authorization capabilities. The role involves translating business needs into process flows, interface specifications, data mappings, acceptance criteria, and implementation-ready requirements. You will define authorization and access-management capabilities—including access needs, roles, permissions, and control requirements—in partnership with security and platform teams. You will also analyze platform data to identify trends, generate insights, and support decision-making. The position is part of the Shared Services Engineering group within Brokerage Recordkeeping Technology. Its Authorization Services team builds centralized, company-wide access-control capabilities by unifying models, developing reusable services, and simplifying dated structures. The role will contribute to defining and improving the authorization strategy and platform features. Fidelity states that it is transitioning to a full-time onsite working model through a phased rollout across regions and roles. Current onsite expectations vary by role and location and may evolve; the transition does not apply to fully remote roles. Fidelity will not provide immigration sponsorship for this position.
