Systems Analyst (Senior)
About The Position
Cintel, Inc. is seeking a highly detail-oriented, experienced Systems Analyst to work at Redstone Arsenal in Huntsville, Alabama. The role analyzes science, engineering, business, and other data-processing problems to implement and improve computer systems. The analyst works with user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate or improve existing systems, and reviews system capabilities, workflow, and scheduling limitations. The role may also include analyzing or recommending commercially available software. Cintel describes its engineers, analysts, and developers as motivated, technical, and self-organized problem solvers who develop solutions for ill-defined problems. Team members are expected to be self-motivated, eager to learn new skills, and interested in keeping up with technology trends.
Requirements
- Eight years of relevant experience.
- A bachelor’s degree in a related field, or an additional four years of experience in lieu of the degree.
- Active Top Secret clearance with the ability to obtain SCI eligibility.
- Ability to develop technical solutions for ill-defined problems and work effectively when problems are vague, requirements are lacking, and solutions are not obvious.
- Self-motivation and eagerness to learn new skills.
