Systems Analyst Senior
About The Position
The Systems Analyst Senior manages a system’s integrated functionality, usability, reliability, performance, and support requirements, including operational workflow management and coordination. The role connects technical and business perspectives to ensure technical solutions meet business needs. It develops feature test strategies and environment requirements, coordinates workflow activities and priorities, supports issue resolution, and helps ensure system designs are documented and aligned with approved requirements. The role also supports training documentation and identifies opportunities for improvement and additional documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, and at least 3 years of experience documenting requirements and/or building test cases for a variety of technologies; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

- Experience with testing and product-quality processes, tools, and methods.
- Project management experience and training in facilitation.
- Experience managing operational workflows, coordinating cross-functional activities, tracking work priorities, and resolving workflow issues.
- Experience with process improvement, workflow documentation, and translating business needs into system and process enhancements.
Responsibilities
- Create feature test strategies and identify environment needs.
- Connect technical and business views of the system and ensure technical solutions meet business needs.
- Coordinate workflow activities, track priorities, and support issue resolution.
- Apply and mentor the use of tools to define requirements.
- Anticipate and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure high-level designs, including architecture requirements, are accurately documented and mapped to approved requirements.
- Assist in developing training documentation and proactively identify additional documentation needs.
