About The Position

Help power the systems that support student success across the college. North Idaho College is seeking a Senior Systems Analyst to provide leadership and expertise in the management, support, and continuous improvement of the Student Information System (SIS) and other critical enterprise applications. In this role, you will serve as a key partner to departments across the college, translating business needs into effective technology solutions that improve processes, enhance data integrity, and support institutional goals. You will manage the full lifecycle of enterprise applications - from analysis and design to implementation, integration, support, and ongoing optimization. As a project manager for major systems initiatives, you will lead software implementations, coordinate testing and training, and ensure solutions are delivered successfully. You will design and maintain data integrations, support application programming interfaces (APIs), troubleshoot complex technical and functional issues, administer enterprise applications, and collaborate with vendors and campus stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement. This position plays an essential role in ensuring the reliability, security, and performance of systems used by students, faculty, and staff every day. We are looking for a highly analytical and customer-focused professional with strong technical expertise and problem-solving skills. Successful candidates will demonstrate knowledge of enterprise applications, data integration, databases, APIs, SQL, and software development practices. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or related field.
  • A minimum of two years of full-time equivalent related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
