We are pleased to announce the immediate need for a Senior Systems Analyst who will join our Ground Based Radar (GBR) Maintenance and Sustainment Services (GMASS) team in Colorado Springs, CO and become part of our rapidly growing technology company operating in missile defense, cybersecurity, test range modernization, biotechnology, and space control market spaces. You will be part of a team providing key technical support for Maintenance and Sustainment services (including improvements and modernization) for 6 Ground Based Radars (5 Upgraded Early Warning Radars (UEWR)/ and 1 Perimeter Acquisition Radar Attack Characterization (PARCS) radar and their associated Integration laboratories.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field. Computer Science, Mathematics, Information Systems, Physics, or Engineering degree preferred.
For senior positions, 18 years or more experience.
Must possess or can obtain an active Secret clearance.
Must be a U.S. citizen to be eligible for this position.
Must be able to work daily in Colorado Springs, CO at various office locations.

Nice To Haves

Experience applying principles and techniques of system analysis while performing research, hardware / software / systems design, testing or operations.
Ability to perform analysis of user / mission needs and existing system capabilities and identify gaps.
Capability to apply innovative techniques in investigating solutions to system gaps, test needs or problems.
Knowledge of the UEWR and PARCS radar systems and technologies that support the ground-based space Missile Warning, Missile Defense, and Space Domain Missions.
Experience effectively communicating at senior levels within an organization and meeting with stakeholders to formulate, review, and execute technical plans and deliverable items.
Previous experience on SENSOR or SMORS contracts.
Capability to work independently or as part of a team.
Depending on experience level, ability to lead a task, project or team while requiring minimal guidance and direction from more senior level staff.
Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
Working knowledge of software analysis in MATLAB and Object-Oriented Programming.

Responsibilities

Working with the GMASS program including the systems engineering, test, software, and hardware engineering teams to develop and implement approved modernization efforts within specified performance, cost, and schedule objectives to ensure continued operational capability while seamlessly transitioning new technologies into the radars.
Perform functional analysis, trend analysis timeline analysis, and detailed trade studies, to translate customer requirements into hardware and software or engineering specifications.
Provide specific, detailed information for selection, implementation techniques, and tools for the most efficient solution to meet analysis needs, including present and future capacity requirements.
Perform analysis on real and simulated mission data.
Collect, clean and analyze mission data.
Formulate concept of operations.
Monitor and report on Missile Warning and Missile Defense performance metrics.
Consult with government and site radar partners to identify key analyses and Key Performance Parameters (KPIs).
Prepare regular and ad-hoc test analysis reports for laboratory and radar site testing.
Identify patterns, trends and insights to improve radar performance.
Design and develop radar algorithms in MATLAB Modeling and Simulation (M&S) environment.
Participate in Scrum events, including Sprint Planning, Backlog Grooming and Sprint Closeout.
Document algorithm designs in System Modeling Language (SysML).
Design unit and integration tests to verify developed models or scenarios.
Brief findings to government and program leadership.
