You’ll collaborate with business and IT partners to translate requests into functional requirements and own system changes from design through testing. These efforts build efficiency, reduce workload, and enhance the accuracy of key business processes. Strong partnerships with IT, software vendors, consultants, and business teams shape the work in this role. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience required
  • 5+ years of systems or process analyst experience required
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to gather business needs and translate into system requirements
  • Knowledge of merchandising processes, KPIs, and retail math
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Office tools
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • A team-first attitude
  • Acceptable level of hearing and vision to perform job duties
