Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience required
- 5+ years of systems or process analyst experience required
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to gather business needs and translate into system requirements
- Knowledge of merchandising processes, KPIs, and retail math
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Office tools
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A team-first attitude
- Comfort managing system troubleshooting and support tasks
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams on enhancements and testing
- Acceptable level of hearing and vision to perform job duties
