About The Position

CACI is seeking a Senior Systems Analyst to support the Department of Justice (DOJ), Justice Management Division (JMD), Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO). This role involves providing comprehensive technical, administrative, and data-management services to facilitate the transition from the current Everlaw eDiscovery platform to the Relativity RelOne environment. The scope of work encompasses requirement gathering, planning, analysis, architecture development, data migration, security controls, testing, implementation, user support, training, documentation, and ensuring a smooth transition of ongoing support. The contractor will be responsible for ensuring all tasks meet DOJ security, privacy, and data-handling requirements.

Requirements

  • Must demonstrate substantial, hands-on, successful experience in performing the work on the systems being used, usually at least five years of such experience.
  • Requires broad knowledge of the Government's IT environments, including office automation networks, and PC and server based databases and applications.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills are required.
  • Ability to lead a technical team and provide direction.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze attorney needs and design and implement a whole system solution responsive to those needs.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in a litigation support environment is extremely helpful.
  • Supervisory experience is very strongly preferred.
  • Undergraduate degree strongly preferred, preferably in computer science or information management/technology disciplines.

Responsibilities

  • Support JMD in providing comprehensive technical, administrative, and data-management services for the transition from Everlaw to Relativity RelOne.
  • Plan and support the migration of Everlaw databases to RelOne.
  • Develop technical workflows to address migration needs.
  • Perform requirement gathering, planning, analysis, architecture development, data migration, security controls, testing, implementation, user support, training, and documentation.
  • Ensure a smooth transition of ongoing support for the DOJ transition from Everlaw to RelOne.
  • Provide E-Discovery processing and hosting support.
