About The Position

Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Supply Chain Management Analyst (Level 5) to join our dynamic team in one of our listed locations: Berkeley, MO, Mesa, AZ, El Segundo, CA, Ridley Park, PA, Renton, WA, or Huntsville, AL. This position has been identified as a virtual opportunity and will not require the selected candidate to relocate. This position must meet export control compliance requirements. To meet export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Requirements

10+ years of experience in supply chain or materials management
10+ years of experience with Material Requirements Planning, including the use of Compass Contract or a similar MRP system
10+ years of experience in Production Control and Material Management processes
10+ years of experience supporting Operations, Materials Management and/or Supply Chain functions in a production environment
10+ years of experience using all the following Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Responsibilities

Initiates own assignments and benchmarks industry practices.
Communicates supply chain information throughout the enterprise by integrating and aligning processes, procedures and practices with multiple organizations and domestic/international customers/suppliers to ensure cost effective materials management.
Researches and incorporates new technologies.
Leads and facilitates teams to develop advanced technological ideas with multiple organizations and internal/external customers/suppliers.
Develops recommendations and/or implement solutions in support of program, organization and/or multiple business units.
Serves as an organization spokesperson on advanced projects and programs.
Advises management and customers on advanced technical research studies and applications.
Develops advanced technological ideas and guides their development into final products to enhance the organization's technological capability.
Works under consultative direction.
