About The Position

Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is currently seeking a Supply Chain Analyst Level 3 to join the Regulated Materials Distribution team located in Auburn, WA. This role involves incorporating change and planning decisions for optimal solutions, applying Supply Chain Management (SCM) methodologies for global supply chain coordination, and analyzing complex material requirements. The analyst will also initiate, coordinate, and authorize order releases, ensure on-time delivery, resolve delinquencies, report schedule adherence issues, develop and control inventory plans, optimize inventory levels, and manage excess inventories. Additionally, the position includes initiating audits, developing schedules for products and services, assisting with new business proposal estimates, and implementing process improvements for SCM performance.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience with Supplier Chain and/or Procurement practices and processes
  • 3+ years of experience with supply chain management or materials management analysis
  • 3+ years of experience with supply chain forecasting
  • 3+ years of experience interpreting Bill of Materials
  • 3+ years of experience with industry ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) or an equivalent such as SAP (System Applications and Product)
  • Domestic and international travel as needed
  • Must satisfy the Company’s Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process
  • Must meet U.S. export control compliance requirements, requiring a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.62 (U.S. Citizen, U.S. National, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee)
