About The Position

Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst Level 3 to join the Regulated Materials Distribution team in Auburn, WA. This role is central to optimizing the global supply chain by incorporating change and planning decisions. The analyst will apply Supply Chain Management (SCM) methodologies to ensure seamless coordination. Key responsibilities include analyzing complex material requirements, initiating and authorizing order releases based on system requirements and resource availability, and ensuring on-time delivery. The position also involves documenting and resolving order delinquencies, reporting schedule adherence issues, and developing and controlling inventory plans to optimize levels and disposition excess inventories. Furthermore, the analyst will initiate audits, create schedules for products and services, assist in developing estimates for new business proposals, and implement process improvements by establishing best practices for materials management to enhance overall SCM performance. The role operates under general direction.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience with Supplier Chain and/or Procurement practices and processes
  • 3+ years of experience with supply chain management or materials management analysis
  • 3+ years of experience with supply chain forecasting
  • 3+ years of experience interpreting Bill of Materials
  • 3+ years of experience with industry ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) or an equivalent such as SAP (System Applications and Product)
  • Domestic and international travel as needed
  • This position must meet U.S. export control compliance requirements. To meet U.S. export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.62 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, U.S. National, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
