Senior Supply Chain Analyst
About The Position
We are seeking a Senior Supply Chain Analyst to join a high-impact analytics team responsible for improving operational outcomes in our Planning and Allocation team as well as the broader supply chain. Our Supply Chain Analytics team serves as the company’s central analytics authority on inventory, the lifeblood of the company, and its movement through the supply chain. We work with stakeholders across the organization including Merchandising, Transportation, and Distribution Operations to translate complex operational data into clear insights, recommendations, and tools that drive measurable improvements. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex operational problems, partnering with business leaders, and using analytics to influence real-world outcomes at scale.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in an analytical role (supply chain, operations, or retail experience preferred).
- High proficiency in SQL and Excel.
- Business Acumen & Ownership: Focus on solving the actual business problem, not just answering the immediate question. Take ownership of outcomes, not just the data.

- Python and Databricks experience are a bonus.
- Familiarity with AI tools, including ChatGPT.
Responsibilities
- Partner with leaders across Planning and Allocation and Supply Chain to solve high-impact operational problems involving inventory and product flow.
- Build analytical tools and frameworks that guide supply chain decisions at scale.
- Conduct root cause analysis on operational issues.
- Optimize system parameters that power inventory flow.
- Develop executive-level narratives on opportunities and plans for action.
