About The Position

SEB Professional is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst to support the Supply Chain organization with indirect purchasing, logistics management, reporting, and ad hoc projects. The role involves analyzing supply chain datasets to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for cost reduction, as well as designing, developing, and maintaining reports and dashboards to track operational performance. The analyst will collaborate with suppliers to optimize delivery times and ensure contract compliance, collect and analyze data to improve efficiency, and develop projects to enhance supply chain operations. Additionally, the role includes establishing and maintaining relationships with shippers and vendors, assessing vendor operations, enforcing quality standards, measuring supply chain performance, and reporting to management. Collaboration with procurement, logistics, and IT departments is also a key aspect of the position.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics, or a related operational field.
  • Fluent in English (written and verbal).
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and other advanced analytical functions.
  • Experience with SQL and ERP systems, preferably SAP.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate findings into actionable business insights.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Work with the procurement, logistics and IT departments to enhance service delivery.
