Position Summary The Analyst Supply Chain is responsible for the development and deployment of supply chain processes and vendor management inventory. The Analyst Supply Chain is also accountable for inventory status data, data integrity and order management.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business preferred or equivalent job-related experience
• Customer Service experience
• Order Management expertise
• 3-5 years of experience in customer service/vendor service
• Strong written communication and verbal communication skills
• Good interpersonal skills
• Analytical and research skills
• Strong computer skills including proficiency with SAP, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Outlook
• Ability to exercise sound judgment
• Ability to research and analyze data effectively
• Ability to ensure a high level of service and quality is maintained
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle a fast-paced work environment
• Excellent customer service orientation
• Ability to work independently and prioritize duties with minimal supervision, in order to meet deadlines

Responsibilities

• Generating orders as well as creating and maintaining inventory plans.
• Provide analytical support to supply chain projects and initiatives.
• Manage on-going business needs.
• Assist Planning and Supply Chain management in meeting designated metrics.
• Keep an open line of communication at all times.
• Coordinate and research performance data and conduct analysis required to monitor and report technology to streamline and improve the accuracy of the reporting process.
