Requirements

A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or a related field that demonstrates your expertise.
Advanced Excel skills with the ability to turn data into insights using tools like Pivot Tables and Power Query.
Someone who’s analytical and curious, with a knack for solving problems, spotting trends, and turning complex data into meaningful recommendations.
Someone who’s highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and a passion for accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
Someone that’s self-motivated and proactive, able to balance competing priorities, take ownership of projects, and deliver results with minimal oversight.
A collaborative communicator who enjoys partnering across teams and brings experience supporting supply chain, inventory, logistics, warehouse, or operations functions.

Nice To Haves

Ability to navigate ERP systems like NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, JDE, or similar platforms.
Hands-on experience with Power BI and SQL that shows your dedication to data analytics.
Experience in advanced Excel tools like INDEX/MATCH and Power Query to complement your current skillset.

Responsibilities

Drive operational excellence by analyzing KPIs, monitoring program performance, and delivering actionable insights that improve supply chain efficiency, cost management, and business outcomes.
Support a variety of supply chain initiatives, including trade-in programs, reverse logistics, e-commerce operations, and other strategic business functions.
Manage inventory health through transaction oversight, inventory analysis, replenishment planning, and optimization of product allocation across sales channels.
Partner with Inventory Control, Finance, Purchasing, Sales, and Operations teams to resolve discrepancies, support reconciliations, and drive continuous process improvements.
Create, process, and maintain purchase orders, sales orders, work orders, transfer orders, and other critical operational transactions with a high degree of accuracy.
Develop and enhance reports, dashboards, Excel models, and data solutions that increase visibility, support decision-making, and streamline operations.
Champion automation and workflow improvements while successfully balancing multiple projects, meeting deadlines, and providing exceptional internal customer support.
