About The Position

The Senior Subcontract Manager will be responsible for the PAC-3 Program Supply Chain, focusing on supporting material requirements and managing subcontracts. This role involves driving mitigation activities, managing supplier issues, and leading projects to support production and customers. The position requires coordination with cross-functional teams, handling assigned projects, and maintaining effective communication with internal and external stakeholders. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or Business or related discipline from an accredited college.
  • Basic understanding of the procurement processes.
  • Basic SAP/MRP knowledge.
  • Ability to obtain security clearance.
  • Ability to travel, if required.
  • MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN
  • Ability to work remotely
  • Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering or Business related degree.
  • Basic knowledge of scheduling principles and performance metrics.
  • Efficient understanding of LMAP and the LM procurement process.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong verbal and written communications and effective presentation skills.
  • Working understanding of line of balance spreadsheets.
  • Ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment.
  • Contracts Negotiation experience

Responsibilities

  • Drive mitigation activities across the PAC-3 Program Supply Chain by supporting timely subcontracts.
  • Manage supplier issues daily to support production and customers.
  • Coordinate with cross‑functional teams including Engineering, Quality, Production Operations and PP&C.
  • Handle various assigned projects and travel as required.
  • Maintain effective communication with internal/external suppliers and customers.
