About The Position

We are sharing a specialised part-time consulting opportunity for experienced management consulting professionals skilled in structured problem-solving, market analysis, financial modeling, business-case development, executive communication, and rigorous evaluation of client-ready consulting work. This role supports current and upcoming remote consulting opportunities focused on evaluating real-world strategy and management consulting deliverables. Selected professionals will develop task-specific assessment criteria, review AI-generated and human-created work, score completed outputs, and provide detailed written feedback grounded in professional consulting standards.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of professional management consulting experience
  • Experience at a leading strategy or management consulting firm
  • Strong command of structured problem-solving, market sizing, financial modeling, and business-case development
  • Experience creating or reviewing client-ready slide decks and executive recommendations
  • Ability to distinguish between strong analysis, persuasive storytelling, and practical implementation planning
  • Exceptional written communication and the ability to explain consulting judgments clearly
  • Strong attention to detail and comfort having evaluation decisions reviewed and calibrated
  • A degree in business, economics, finance, engineering, mathematics, public policy, or a related analytical field is helpful
  • An MBA or other advanced degree may be valuable
  • Professional experience in strategy, transformation, operations, corporate development, or advisory work is highly relevant
  • Equivalent hands-on experience producing and reviewing senior-level consulting deliverables may also be considered

Responsibilities

  • Consulting Deliverable Evaluation: Review market analyses, strategic recommendations, financial models, executive presentations, and implementation roadmaps. Assess work for analytical rigor, strategic relevance, commercial logic, clarity, and client readiness. Identify unsupported assumptions, weak conclusions, incomplete analysis, and execution gaps. Determine whether deliverables meet the standards expected in senior consulting engagements.
  • Evaluation Criteria & Rubric Development: Design precise, task-specific grading criteria for strategy and management consulting deliverables. Define measurable standards covering problem structure, analytical depth, evidence quality, recommendations, and presentation. Ensure evaluation criteria reflect realistic expectations from professional consulting environments. Refine assessment frameworks based on structured feedback and calibration outcomes.
  • Strategy, Market & Business-Case Review: Evaluate market sizing, competitive analysis, growth strategy, operating-model, and transformation work. Review financial models, business cases, scenario analyses, and implementation assumptions. Assess whether recommendations follow logically from the available evidence. Identify key commercial risks, strategic tradeoffs, and unanswered questions.
  • Scoring & Written Justification: Score AI-generated and human-created work against structured evaluation criteria. Provide detailed written explanations supporting each assessment decision. Apply consistent, evidence-based judgment across different industries and consulting scenarios. Incorporate feedback from senior reviewers and adjust evaluation approaches efficiently.
