About The Position

This role is for a Senior Strategic Operations Manager who will be responsible for immersing themselves in data to uncover insights that drive strategic decisions and proactively investigate operational trends. The manager will develop and maintain dashboards, conduct deep-dive analyses, and lead complex operational projects from conception through completion. This position involves coordinating cross-functional initiatives, developing project timelines, and facilitating strategic planning sessions. The role requires transforming analytical findings into structured improvement projects, managing operational process improvements, and serving as a strategic partner to operations leadership. The Senior Strategic Operations Manager will present findings to stakeholders, anticipate business needs, and bridge the gap between data insights and practical business implementation.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience pairing analytical rigor with hands-on operational ownership
• Advanced proficiency in SQL, data manipulation and visualization
• Highly adept at using Excel and business intelligence tools like Omni
• Proven project management experience with ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and manage multiple stakeholders
• Ability to drive several unrelated workstreams at once and still catch the detail that matters in each one
• High emotional intelligence and ability to read a room well
• Strong organizational skills with experience managing competing priorities and complex timelines
• Inherent curiosity and analytical follow-through
• Excellent communication skills with ability to present to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Self-starter mentality with ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and identify opportunities with limited oversight
• Thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments with comfort in ambiguity and rapid change
