Senior Staff Program Manager

Kaseya Careers•Miami, FL

About The Position

Kaseya is seeking a Senior Staff Program Manager to lead a portfolio of complex, cross-functional business initiatives spanning New Product Introduction (NPI), process transformation, go-to-market execution, and organizational rollouts. This senior-most individual-contributor role independently scopes ambiguous initiatives, manages multiple large-scale programs concurrently, builds business-facing delivery infrastructure, engages executive and ELT-level stakeholders, and proactively surfaces and resolves risk. The position connects teams by translating strategy into scoped, owned, and delivered outcomes at company scale. The role provides high visibility, autonomy, regular exposure to the Executive Leadership Team, and broad cross-functional influence. The program manager shapes the delivery of strategically important initiatives and contributes to the organization's program-management standards and operating rhythms.

Requirements

  • 10+ years leading complex, cross-functional programs in a business, go-to-market, or New Product Introduction context, including concurrent large-scale programs with minimal oversight.
  • Experience operating independently at a Staff or Senior Staff level and readiness to engage regularly with ELT-level stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and manage master schedules, RAID logs, RACI matrices, and executive- or ELT-level program artifacts across a portfolio.
  • Strong working knowledge of program and project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and the Microsoft suite.
  • Experience running steering committees and decision forums with Director-, VP-, or ELT-level stakeholders, and acting as a trusted advisor rather than a status reporter.
  • Excellent executive communication and storytelling skills, including the ability to distill complex concurrent programs into clear risks, requests, and decisions for senior audiences.
  • Financial acumen, including portfolio-level budget management and ROI or cost-benefit analysis.
  • Proactive risk identification and independent problem-solving, with sound judgment about when to escalate.
  • Experience developing and implementing best practices and mentoring program managers on standards, templates, and playbooks.

Responsibilities

  • Decompose business initiatives into scoped workstreams, deliverables, and owners with minimal guidance.
  • Own and concurrently manage a portfolio of large-scale, high-complexity programs, prioritizing and sequencing work independently.
  • Build and manage business-facing master schedules covering readiness reviews, enablement windows, go-live dates, retrospectives, and critical deadlines.
  • Run steering committees, change-management syncs, readiness checkpoints, retrospectives, and other delivery rituals.
  • Establish meeting cadences with clear ownership and follow-through.
  • Identify and mitigate program- and portfolio-level risks proactively, resolving issues independently where possible.
  • Map cross-functional dependencies and independently resolve hand-offs, approvals, and execution blockers across teams and programs.
  • Partner with functional and executive leaders on business, operational, and change-adoption risks, and own the business risk narrative.
  • Manage a broad stakeholder map, including regular direct engagement with ELT members, and run decision forums focused on business outcomes.
  • Provide concise, ELT-ready updates that communicate risks, requests, and decisions, and present to Director-, VP-, and ELT-level leadership.
  • Advise executive stakeholders and help shape strategic decision-making.
  • Lead business process and design reviews, guiding trade-off discussions toward workable consensus across initiatives.
  • Define and track business-specific program health KPIs, such as adoption, satisfaction, and cost savings.
  • Improve business delivery processes, including change management, governance, and intake and prioritization models, in partnership with functional teams and senior leadership.
  • Improve visibility and predictability across the assigned program portfolio.
  • Lead retrospectives, capture actionable lessons, contribute templates and playbooks, and mentor Program and Staff Program Managers.
  • Maintain program artifacts, including roadmaps, timelines, RACI matrices, RAID logs, decision logs, and executive updates.
  • Shape program-management standards and operating rhythms across the organization.
  • Build working knowledge of customer needs and market expectations so program outcomes support customer experience.
  • Connect programs to company strategy and OKRs, and shape portfolio scope to advance business priorities.
  • Apply financial acumen—including budget management, ROI and cost-benefit analysis, and commercial impact—to program and portfolio decisions, and communicate impact to ELT-level leadership.
