Senior Staff Program Manager

Kaseya•Miami, FL

About The Position

Kaseya is seeking a Senior Staff Program Manager to lead a portfolio of complex, cross-functional initiatives spanning New Product Introduction (NPI), process transformation, go-to-market execution, and organizational rollouts. This senior-level individual-contributor role independently scopes ambiguous initiatives, manages multiple large-scale programs concurrently, builds business-facing delivery infrastructure, engages executive stakeholders, and proactively identifies and resolves risks. The role connects teams and translates strategy into owned, scoped, and delivered outcomes across the company. The Program Manager establishes program schedules, delivery rituals, governance, and consistent meeting cadences; coordinates dependencies and handoffs across teams; and provides concise, decision-oriented updates to Director-, VP-, and ELT-level stakeholders. The position also improves delivery processes and program management standards, tracks portfolio health and business outcomes, mentors other program managers, and aligns program scope with customer needs, company strategy, and financial impact.

Requirements

  • 10+ years leading complex, cross-functional programs in a business, go-to-market, or New Product Introduction context.
  • Experience managing multiple large-scale programs concurrently with minimal oversight.
  • Track record of operating independently at a Staff or Senior Staff level and readiness to engage regularly with ELT-level stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and manage master schedules, RAID logs, RACI matrices, and executive- or ELT-level program artifacts across a program portfolio.
  • Strong working knowledge of program and project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and the Microsoft suite.
  • Experience running steering committees and decision forums with Director-, VP-, or ELT-level stakeholders and acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Excellent executive communication and storytelling skills, including distilling complex concurrent programs into clear risks, asks, and decisions.
  • Financial acumen, including portfolio-level budget management and ROI/cost-benefit analysis.
  • Proactive risk identification and independent problem-solving skills, with sound judgment about when to escalate.
  • Experience developing and implementing best practices and mentoring program managers on standards, templates, and playbooks.

Responsibilities

  • Independently break down business initiatives into workstreams, deliverables, and owners.
  • Own and concurrently manage a portfolio of complex, large-scale programs, prioritizing and sequencing work across initiatives.
  • Build and manage business-facing master schedules covering readiness reviews, enablement windows, go-live dates, retrospectives, and deadlines.
  • Run steering committees, change-management syncs, readiness checkpoints, retrospectives, and other delivery rituals.
  • Establish meeting cadences with clear ownership and follow-through.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate program- and portfolio-level risks, resolving issues independently where possible.
  • Map cross-functional dependencies and coordinate handoffs, approvals, and execution across teams and concurrent programs.
  • Partner with functional and executive leaders on business, operational, and change-adoption risks, and own the business risk narrative.
  • Manage relationships with a broad stakeholder group, including direct engagement with ELT members, and run decision forums focused on business outcomes.
  • Deliver concise executive updates that clearly communicate risks, asks, and decisions; present to Director-, VP-, and ELT-level leaders.
  • Advise executive stakeholders and influence strategic decision-making.
  • Lead business process and design review sessions and facilitate trade-off discussions across initiatives.
  • Define and track business-specific program health KPIs, such as adoption, satisfaction, and cost savings.
  • Improve change management, governance, intake, prioritization, visibility, and predictability across assigned programs.
  • Lead retrospectives, capture lessons learned, and contribute templates and playbooks to the Program Management practice.
  • Mentor Program Managers and Staff Program Managers and help shape organizational program-management standards and operating rhythms.
  • Maintain roadmaps, timelines, RACI matrices, RAID logs, decision logs, and executive updates for owned programs.
  • Build working knowledge of customer needs and market expectations and align outcomes with customer experience.
  • Connect programs to company strategy and OKRs, and shape portfolio scope to advance business priorities.
  • Apply budget management and ROI/cost-benefit analysis to program and portfolio decisions and communicate financial impact to ELT leaders.
