Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting
1–3 years of experience in public or corporate accounting
Solid understanding of GAAP principles
Strong Microsoft Excel skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate across teams

Nice To Haves

Experience with international accounting
Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics (Business Central)
Exposure to inventory or cost accounting
Experience working with external accounting partners

Responsibilities

Prepare and maintain general ledger activity, including journal entries and financial reports
Partner with the finance team to reconcile accounts and ensure accuracy
Support accounting operations across ASEA's international subsidiaries
Assist with financial planning, audits, and compliance activities
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners on accounting matters
Contribute to process improvements and take on additional projects as needed
