About The Position

Identifies business needs and delivers effective, performance-focused learning solutions aligned to both the Early Talent & Onboarding and Technology & AI Enablement strategies for Canadian Commercial Banking. Designs, develops, and manages learning programs to build capability, drive performance outcomes, and support strategic priorities. Ensures consistent execution of program components, including change management, communication, and sustainment strategies. Fosters a culture aligned to enterprise values, promoting continuous learning and development. Contributes to an inclusive and collaborative team environment. Demonstrates accountability for high-quality execution and delivery. Supports a learning culture that encourages innovation, knowledge sharing, and professional growth.

Requirements

  • 4–6 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience in learning design (Articulate, Storyboard, PowerPoint), development, and facilitation.
  • Strong program management and execution skills.
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to influence and support decision-making through data-driven insights.

Responsibilities

  • Provides insights and recommendations based on analysis of business needs, performance gaps, and learning outcomes.
  • Supports the development and execution of learning strategies aligned to business priorities.
  • Applies sound judgment to identify opportunities and recommend learning solutions that deliver business value.
  • Collaborates with stakeholders to influence adoption of learning solutions and ensure alignment.
  • Designs, develops, and manages learning and performance-focused programs (including needs assessment, learning strategy, design, and delivery approach).
  • Supports measurable sustainment strategies and prioritizes enhancements based on stakeholder input and program performance.
  • Works across multiple initiatives, ensuring delivery within timelines, scope, and quality expectations.
  • Assists in facilitation and delivery of learning programs for leaders and employees.
  • Analyzes learning data and program performance to generate insights and recommendations.
  • Monitors and tracks key program metrics, identifying and addressing issues proactively.
  • Supports reporting and measurement practices to demonstrate impact and inform continuous improvement.
  • Supports development and execution of communication strategies to drive engagement and program adoption.
  • Develops and delivers clear, tailored messaging for diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Ensures alignment of communications with broader business and enterprise priorities.
  • Executes learning programs and initiatives with a strong focus on quality and efficiency.
  • Identifies, analyzes, and mitigates program risks, escalating issues as appropriate.
  • Applies risk management practices and adheres to policies, frameworks, and regulatory requirements in all activities.
