About The Position

BNY is seeking a Senior Specialist, Client Operations to join its Client Service team in Lake Mary, Florida. The role works with external clients to resolve complex day-to-day issues and direct clients to appropriate BNY resources. It supports clients with complex operational and technical issues and helps ensure their requests are executed. The specialist uses advanced problem-solving skills, judgment, and experience to analyze information and provide high-quality service to a specialized client base. The role also provides assigned client contacts with information about BNY products and services across business lines and geographies, drawing on an in-depth understanding of BNY’s broader services and offerings. The position provides guidance to less experienced team members and supports multiple complex client accounts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
• Client-facing experience.

Nice To Haves

• 5–7 years of total work experience preferred.
• Experience in an operational area and/or client services preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish/English skills preferred.

Responsibilities
