About The Position

BNY is seeking a Senior Specialist, Client Operations to join its Client Service team in Lake Mary, Florida. The role works with external clients to resolve complex day-to-day issues, directs clients to appropriate BNY resources, and supports the resolution and execution of complex operational and technical requests. It applies advanced problem-solving skills, judgment, and experience to analyze information and provide high-quality service to a specialized client base. The specialist also proactively helps clients review potential business needs and works to improve the client experience. The role has no direct reports and provides guidance to less experienced team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to support multiple, complex client accounts.

Nice To Haves

• 5–7 years of total work experience preferred.
• Experience in an operational area and/or client services preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish/English skills preferred.
• Banking or financial experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work with external clients to resolve complex day-to-day issues and direct them to appropriate BNY resources.
• Support clients in addressing and resolving complex operational and technical issues and ensure requests are executed.
• Analyze information and deliver high-quality service to a specialized client base using advanced problem-solving skills, judgment, and experience.
• Proactively assist clients in reviewing potential business needs and direct them to appropriate BNY resources.
• Help improve the client experience.
• Provide guidance to less experienced team members.
