About The Position

BNY is seeking a Senior Specialist, Client Operations to join its Client Service team in Lake Mary, Florida. The role supports a specialized client base by resolving complex operational and technical matters, ensuring requests are executed, and directing clients to appropriate BNY resources. The position uses advanced problem-solving skills, judgment, and experience to deliver high-quality service and improve the client experience. The employee has no direct reports but provides guidance to less experienced team members.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to support multiple complex client accounts.

Nice To Haves

• 5–7 years of total work experience preferred.
• Experience in an operational area and/or client services preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish and English skills preferred.
• Banking or financial experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work with external clients to resolve complex day-to-day issues and direct them to appropriate BNY resources.
• Support clients in addressing and resolving complex operational and technical issues and ensure requests are executed.
• Analyze information using advanced problem-solving skills, judgment, and experience to deliver high-quality service to a specialized client base.
• Proactively assist clients in reviewing potential business needs and direct them to appropriate BNY resources while helping improve the client experience.
• Provide guidance to less experienced team members.
