BNY is seeking a Senior Specialist, Client Operations to join its Client Service team in Lake Mary, Florida. The role supports a specialized client base by resolving complex operational and technical issues, ensuring client requests are executed, and directing clients to appropriate BNY resources. The specialist applies advanced problem-solving skills, judgment, and experience to provide high-quality service, and contributes to initiatives that improve the client experience and processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to provide guidance to less experienced team members.

Nice To Haves

• 5–7 years of total work experience preferred.
• Experience in an operational area and/or client services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work with external clients to resolve complex day-to-day issues and direct them to appropriate BNY resources.
• Support clients in addressing and resolving complex operational and technical issues and ensure requests are executed.
• Analyze information using advanced problem-solving skills, judgment, and experience to deliver high-quality service to a specialized client base.
• Lead and participate in internal activities and initiatives designed to improve the client experience and develop process improvements.
• Provide guidance to less experienced team members.
