About The Position

The Senior Specialist, Business Planning and Analysis will join the Wealth Management team in New York, NY. The role conducts analysis and reporting to support business operations, special projects, initiatives, and operational planning. It involves gathering, organizing, and reviewing operational data and metrics, synthesizing findings, and preparing reports and presentations for technical and business audiences. The specialist also supports project teams with analytical expertise, contributes to team objectives, and may guide less experienced staff as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with technical and business partners.
• Familiarity with organizational and functional operations, including metrics, performance indicators, and reporting protocols.

Responsibilities
